Outcomes | The real estate sector is equipped with a report laying out the lived experience of being neurodivergent and office based employment. A full scientific breakdown sets the scene for how designers, developers and other consultants can problem solve in situ to create better solutions. The report delivered principles and recommendations allowing for companies to create their own guidelines and advocate for official regulations that protect the dignity of an often marginalised group of people.
